You cannot currently export customer details from TicketEase. Your customers will receive an email 2 days before the event.
Reminder for Events
Customers will receive an email 2 days before their event to remind them about the event and how to view and print their tickets.
In their reminder email, they will also receive any details that are present within the Pre-Event Information field from the Event page. This might details that have been confirmed since the creation of the event such as confirmed guests, what to bring or how to get there.
